LCW Money is a credit assigned to your account for refunds (such as returns, cancellations, or overpayments) on orders paid with Cash on Delivery. This balance can be used in your next order.

There is no obligation to spend all your LCW Money in a single order. LCW Money is automatically deducted at the payment step. If your LCW Money balance exceeds the cart total, the remaining balance can be used in another order.

We deliver to most regions in Romania. However, some remote or restricted areas may not be eligible. You can check delivery availability at checkout.

Currently, we only deliver orders through our trusted logistics partner, Sameday. Changing the delivery company is not possible.

Unfortunately, it is not possible to change the delivery address after your order has been placed. We recommend carefully reviewing your address details before completing your order

If your item is damaged or faulty, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with a clear photo of the product and packaging. We will review and assist you with the return or refund process.

If your order cannot be delivered due to an incorrect or incomplete address, or if the recipient is unavailable, it will be automatically returned to LC Waikiki. In such cases, we kindly ask you to place a new order, as returned orders cannot be resent

Orders are delivered within 2-5 business days from confirmation. While unforeseen delays are rare, LCW is committed to delivering your order as quickly as possible and always within a maximum of 30 days from order submission.

Standard delivery in Romania costs 12.99 lei, and Sameday locker delivery is 8.90 lei. Both options are free for orders over 150 lei. If you choose Cash on Delivery, an additional non-refundable fee of 5 lei applies, even during free delivery promotions. Payments made by card are completely free of additional charges.

If the courier couldn’t deliver your order and it was returned to our warehouse, the order will be automatically cancell and going to refund. You can place a new order if the item is still in stock.

If you register as a guest on the website, you can only pay via card. Cash on delivery is not available for guest orders.

If you want to delete your LC Waikiki account, you can use the "Delete My Account" option on the My Account > Personal Information page on our website. If you prefer to delete your account via our mobile app, go to My Account > Personal Information, enter your password in the "Delete My Account" section, and complete the process.
Please note that once your account is deleted, you cannot reactivate it, and any coupons associated with your canceled membership cannot be transferred.

Please note the following conditions for the cash on delivery payment method:

- Your billing and shipping address must be the same.
- A corporate invoice cannot be selected when choosing the cash on delivery payment method.
- You cannot place a new order with the cash on delivery payment method until your current cash on delivery order has been delivered and payment has been made.
- If your cash on delivery orders are canceled by the system three times, you will no longer be able to use this payment method for future orders.
- Customers whose cash on delivery payment method status is inactive are not permitted to place orders using this payment method.

For orders where you chose Cash on Delivery as the payment method, a fee of 5 RON will be charged in addition to the delivery fee, even if free delivery campaigns are available. This additional shipping fee is non-refundable.

For orders with CASH ON DELIVERY, it is necessary to provide bank account details for the refund of the value of the returned products.

For orders paid with CARD/CREDIT CARD - the refund is automatically done to the account of the card that was used for original order

Starting with 10.08.2023, a return fee of 9.90 RON applies for orders with home delivery.

ONLINE RETURN BY EASYBOX
After registering the return request, you will receive a PIN code and a QR code via email and SMS to unlock the Easybox locker.
You have 14 days from the requested day, to place the products in the Easybox locker, provided that you do not exceed the 30-day return period.
Make sure that the products fit within the locker dimensions:
Large: 47 cm x 44.5 cm x 39 cm
Medium: 47 cm x 44.5 cm x 19 cm
Small: 47 cm x 44.5 cm x 10 cm
Maximum weight: 20 kg

ATTENTION
To comply with the return deadline, it is sufficient to send the communication regarding the exercise of the right of return before the expiry of the 30-day period.
If you are delivered the wrong products or different from those ordered, their return can only be made online and not in store.
Responsibility for the products:
The products remain your responsibility until they reach the LC Waikiki warehouse. Please ensure that they are properly packaged to prevent damage during transport.
All returned products will be checked upon receipt at the warehouse. If they do not meet the return conditions (e.g. damaged or worn products), LC Waikiki reserves the right to refuse to process the return and refund the value of the products.

While the refund processing time may vary depending on your bank, the average refund period is typically 14 days.

Once your returned products arrive at our warehouse and pass inspection, eligible refunds will be processed promptly.

For card payments, refunds will be issued directly to the linked bank account.
For Cash on Delivery payments, you can choose between an LCW Money refund or a bank transfer.
To transfer LCW Money to your bank account:

Go to 'My Account' > 'LCW MONEY'.
Select 'Transfer LCW MONEY balance to account'.
Enter your bank details and click 'Confirm'.
Once the refund process is completed, a confirmation email will be sent to you.

For purchases made through our website or mobile application, modifications such as adding or removing products, changing size, color, or quantity cannot be made once the order status changes to 'Order Approved'.
