How do I make a return?

You can return your purchases from LCWaikiki.ro within 30 days of delivery via LC Waikiki stores or through Sameday courier, using a completed return form. To initiate the process, log into your LC Waikiki account. Refunds for Cash on Delivery payments require your bank details. Please note that returns for incorrectly delivered products or those paid with BENEFIT must be made online and cannot be processed in-store.

As of 10.08.2023, a 9.90 RON return fee applies to Home Delivery orders; however, in-store returns are free of charge. Until your return reaches the LC Waikiki warehouse, the products remain your responsibility, so please ensure proper packaging. All returned items are inspected, and returns that do not meet requirements (e.g., missing invoice, damaged, or worn items) may be refused.

Easybox Delivery:

After initiating the online return request, you’ll receive a PIN/QR via email or SMS.
You have 14 days (within the 30-day return period) to place the items in the Easybox locker.
Please ensure the products fit the locker dimensions:
Large: 47x44.5x39 cm
Medium: 47x44.5x19 cm
Small: 47x44.5x10 cm
Maximum weight: 20 kg
Home Delivery:

Create an online return request in your LC Waikiki account.
For Cash on Delivery refunds, you can choose bank transfer (provide your details) or LCW Money.
Sameday will contact you within 48 hours to arrange the pickup.
In-Store Returns:

You can return your products to any LC Waikiki store, except for online-exclusive items.
